Brownington Works provides educational tools and general information only. Our calculators and reports are not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the results. We make no guarantee of any particular financial outcome.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Purchases and access
Some reports and features require payment. Prices are shown at checkout and payments are processed by Stripe. Purchasing grants access to the corresponding reports for the account or email used at checkout. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, please contact us if you experience a billing problem and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the service, scraping or reselling content, or using the service in violation of any law.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, calculators, and reports are owned by Brownington Works and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reports generated for you are for your personal use.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
